Join us for an inspiring day at The Culinary Institute of America in Napa, where women in insurance come together to connect, grow, and recharge. Our keynote speaker, Meg McKeen, CIC – Founder + Principal Consultant of Adjunct Advisors LLC, will lead an engaging session “Redefining Success: Letting Go of Perfectionism and Finding Your True Path” . In this interactive program, Meg explores how perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout influence our vision of success—and how to realign it with who we are today. Known for her relatable stories and authentic approach, Meg creates space for meaningful reflection and connection.
We’ll also feature a dynamic panel discussion, “A Napa Blend of Women, Wine, and Insurance,” which will explore how insurance protects and challenges Napa wineries – bringing together local experts for an insightful look at this unique intersection of industries.
An “End with Zen” networking reception – complete with wine tasting, free chair massages, and swag bags – will immediately follow the plated luncheon program, with reception-only tickets available. Allies of our industry’s female leaders are welcome to attend the full program or just the reception.

Meg McKeen, CIC, is the principal consultant of Adjunct Advisors LLC, a consultancy she founded in 2018 with the simple belief that we can and must do more to support the individuals who choose a career in insurance.
